- Is Tofino Auctions just for non-profits?
- Tofino Auctions is built for non-profits, charities, and community organizations. Our software also powers SchoolAuction.net for K–12 schools — same engine, different brand.
- Why does the $79 plan offer more features than the $1,000 plan?
- Because no one wants to pay for things they don't need. The $1,000 Essentials plan was designed for groups whose fundraising centers on a single big annual event — the kind of org that knows it'll save money on a flat-rate plan. The $79 Acorn plan is for groups newer to fundraising or with more modest goals; it includes more tools because a bigger toolbox helps you reach the goal more easily.
- What happens to our event site and data when we're done?
- Your event sites are preserved in your account for as long as you have an active subscription, and your data, reports, and records can be downloaded as CSV at any time.
- Can we use our own credit card processor?
- Yes — Plus and Professional plans let you connect your existing processor through one of our supported gateways. Donor data stays in your account.
- Do you sell our donor data?
- No. Never have, never will.
